1. Accessing the system
You can access MAPRO through your browser, on a computer or mobile device:

Enter your username and password to log in.
If this is your first access, you should have received an email with a link to set your password.
If you have any issues, please contact your Property Manager to resend the link or provide a temporary password.
2. Accessing the schedule
After logging in, you will be directed to the Schedule.
The schedule displays only the tasks for the current day.
To view other dates, use the filters at the top of the page.
Information you see in MAPRO:
- Task ID
- Task type (cleaning, BBQ grill cleaning, work order, or inspection)
- Time
- Next check-in date
- Property
- Task status (pending or finished)
3. Starting the cleaning
In the Schedule, click on a task to open its details.
You will see information such as:
- Property address
- Access passwords
- Wi-Fi details
Important: We recommend using the property's Wi-Fi to upload images if your mobile connection is weak.
Click Start to notify the Property Manager that you have begun the task.
4. Uploading photos and adding comments
Once the cleaning has started, the photo and comment fields will be available.
Use:
- Red field: photos of issues or before cleaning
- Green field: photos after cleaning
Important:
If you use apps like Timestamp to record the date, time, and location of photos, continue using them and upload the images to MAPRO afterward.
MAPRO does not automatically record this information.
To upload photos:
- Click Add pictures
- Choose to take a photo or select from your gallery
You can also add notes in both sections.
5. Finishing the cleaning
At the bottom of the screen, you will find the following options:
- Save: saves your progress and uploaded photos
- Finish: completes the task
Click Finish to mark the cleaning as completed.
Important:
The task status cannot be reversed after finishing.
You can still add photos and notes until the task is closed by the Property Manager.
If needed, contact your Property Manager to check the task closing timeframe or to request a task to be reopened.
After finishing, click Back at the top of the page to return to the schedule.
Completed tasks will appear with the status Finished.
