To enable push notifications on your mobile device, go to:
- System Menu (gear icon in the upper-right corner)
- Settings
- Mobile Push
On this screen, you can configure notifications for cleaning teams, last-minute reservations, cancellations, and new Inbox messages.
Users must have the MAPRO app installed and be logged in on a registered device to receive push notifications.
Cleaning
Enable the desired options to receive notifications about:
- Last-minute changes to the reservation;
- Tasks scheduled for the following day.
Notifications will only be sent to users assigned to the tasks for each reservation.
Reservations & Inbox
Select which permission levels should receive notifications (for example, all users in the Reservations department), or choose specific users in the second field.
Click the selection fields to view the available users and permission levels configured in the system.
Always click Save at the bottom of the page.
